VILLA II PARADISE BY THE SEA

A Mediterranean vision with distinctive masonry of red brick pavers, red clay tile roof, and limestone walls with wood and stone flooring. A muted color palette of warm dark browns, rust orange, and lilac compliments the old-world charm of this majestic living space. This compound is surrounded with a Tuscany inspired landscaping created by Christina Lathrop

Distinctive characteristics are visually appealing in this masterfully crafted Italian Villa ranging from an antique marble fountain in the main floor powder room, the second-floor guest vanity features an exquisite 18th century wood carved drapery frame and reflects two 18th century wood carved towel decorations on the opposite wall.

Placed on the first floor adjacent to the open 2-story entry and staircase are two Mid-19th century Italian hand carved terracotta plaques by Arrigo Bianchini of Ferenzi, Italy, welcoming visitors into the main living and dining areas. Within the study are 18th century pharmacy display cases repurposed as bookcases. The living space is punctuated with Fortuny silk lamp scones in the hallways, bedrooms, and study. Peck & Company created an impressive brass chandelier anchoring the dining space.

The enclosed shuttered patio adjacent to the pool has glass enclosures to enhance the “Indoor/Outdoor” space and turtle capped scones highlighting the stone textured walls. The patio faces the infinity pool across to the shoreline of the Emerald Coast views.

No need to jet to Tuscany, it’s here in Paradise by the Sea!
