SANDESTIN CONDO RENOVATION
Luanne Kelly served as the key interior designer for the renovation of a Sandestin Condo and enlisted the expertise of A Boheme to assist in combining two condos into one luxury residence for a world-champion fisherman. The merging of two spaces offered opportunities for ample storage space, including an oversized pantry situated behind the freezer corner.
The private office, adorned with shelves of seashells, features vibrantly painted blue and green walls that serve as a striking contrast to the beach-themed colors of white, beige, and medium brown throughout the rest of the residence. Beige and brown tones are prominent in the stone flooring, master bathroom, sisal rug, and repurposed fencing used for the coffee table. In the kitchen, reclaimed wood is utilized as the foundation of the kitchen island, adding to the rustic aesthetic.
This residence is a harmonious blend of laid-back beach vibes and elegant Country French influences, where “Beach Happy meets Country French.”
