ROSEMARY BEACH, FL PRIVATE RESIDENCE
The design parameters for this new two-story home were to create a fresh Modern Beach aesthetic, incorporating a palette of whites, creams, and warm dark wood cabinets, complemented by wood flooring in warm browns. The clean lines and elements within the space are enhanced by abundant natural light streaming in from numerous windows, sliding glass door windows leading to the patio, and the pool area, along with a second-floor balcony.
Glass-paned two-story windows filter light onto the staircase, allowing inhabitants to enjoy the changing elements of the day. A unique design feature in the Master Bath Suite is a split “His and Hers” sink with hanging clear glass walls, providing access to the glass-enclosed shower and tub. Various antique furnishings add contrast to the modern Wassily Chair Bauhaus Edition in the living room area.
Overall, this pristine space, filled with measured touches, creates a sanctuary-like ambiance.
