Restaurant Paradis was the first full bar to arrive in Rosemary Beach in 2009! A Boheme collaborated with the original proprietors, Mike and Gayle, to conceptualize this coastal dining destination. The spacious bar is bathed in light from adjacent tall windows, while the dining room ambiance features wood-carved chandeliers and impressive tall couch settees serving as bookends to the space.
Subsequently, Danny and Monica Cosenzi assumed ownership in 2013 and have continued the impeccable tradition of fine dining skillfully orchestrated by Executive Chef Mark Eichin, Chef de Cuisine Will Wiehl, and Sous Chef Shane Kirland.
