CARILLON BEACH PRIVATE RESIDENCE

A blend of Coastal and Southern Coastal architecture was the solution for the challenge of creating compelling two front entrances for this house, which sits on two streets: the main street access and facing a circular roundabout community street.

Lovely embellishments include four cast cement pillars establishing the front entry with an expansive porch, a repeating geometric pattern motif for the front fencing, and a balcony providing a vantage point for the local views.

The interior treatments feature elevated beamed ceilings, crown molding, tile flooring, a wrought iron banister staircase, and elongated windows to reflect light and enhance the height of the rooms. The angular shape of the residence heightens the cozy back patio, with terraced levels creating intimate conversation areas.

Overall, it’s a pleasant oasis swathed with light and charm.
