30AVENUE – CONCEPT DESIGN
Dougherty Architects + Design was in the process of planning the “30 A-venue Commercial Center” at Inlet Beach and became a unique opportunity because simultaneously, A Boheme was seeking new office space. A collaboration ensued and ultimately this location became their current design office.
To create synergy within this Inlet Beach community, many elevations were penciled in to accommodate restaurants and stores. Now, it is a robust center of fine dining and upscale stores to support the various desires of visitors and residents. Most importantly, for A Boheme, a larger design space with the benefit of remarkable west-facing sunsets. The Conference Room is a recipient of each day’s splendor!
