30AVENUE – CONCEPT DESIGN
Dougherty Architects + Design was in the process of planning the 30Avenue commercial complex at Inlet Beach when a unique opportunity arose. A Boheme was seeking new office space, leading to a collaboration that resulted in their current design office.
Many elevations were penciled to accommodate restaurants and stores, creating a synergy for the Inlet Beach community. Now, it is a robust center of fine dining and upscale stores that support the community’s various needs. Most importantly, for A Boheme, it provides a larger design space with remarkable sunset views of the western horizon. The conference room is a recipient of each day’s splendor!
